Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PCD Manager at Arlak Biotech Pvt. Ltd. located in Zirakpur . The PCD Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Promotion Cum Distribution (PCD) operations, managing a network of distributors, ensuring product availability, and coordinating marketing strategies. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing PCD franchise partners, identifying new business opportunities, and adhering to company standards and quality measures in pharmaceutical distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and distribution
• Strong networking and relationship management skills in a B2B environment
• Good understanding of PCD franchise operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in managing a sales team and achieving targets is a plus
