This role is ideal for someone who has a strong interest in content-driven communication and wants to build a career at the intersection of construction and technology. The individual is expected to have a clear grasp of brand storytelling, digital platforms, and internal communication, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for simplifying complex ideas into engaging content. Responsibility and Focus Areas: Brand Messaging Craft clear, concise, and compelling copy for social posts, email campaigns, presentations, internal screens, brochures, flyers, and posters. Maintain brand voice across all internal and external platforms. Collaborate with various departments to translate technical or operational inputs into digestible and engaging content. Write scripts and talking points for events, announcements, and video content. Social Media & Digital Marketing Plan, write, and post engaging LinkedIn content aligned with company goals. Coordinate, shoot, and edit Instagram reels to showcase company culture, events, and behind-the-scenes. Collaborate with the design team for creative, visuals, and social campaigns. Track and report performance analytics across platforms. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Conceptualize and execute engaging employee engagement events (virtual & in-person). Anchor/Emcee for company-wide events, townhalls, and celebrations. Email Campaigns & Content Creation Plan and schedule marketing & internal campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns. Ensure messaging is consistent across email, social media, and internal assets. Assist with Internal Comms and Employer Branding with the internal newsletter process, including content collection, drafting, organization, and editing. Presentation & Design Create and manage compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, etc. Edit short-form videos for campaigns and events using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar). Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise with HR, Leadership, and Project Teams to amplify company initiatives and culture. Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and video editors as needed. Expected Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in corporate marketing, social media, or brand communications. Preferably in a b2b environment Excellent Writing & Communication Skills: Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to different audiences and channels. A strong understanding of storytelling principles. Proven experience in creating and managing engaging LinkedIn & Instagram content. Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and basic video/photo editing tools. Good sense of design and aesthetics in presentations and campaigns. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders. Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all communications. Good to have: Exposure to B2B or tech-enabled industries (construction/engineering is a plus). Familiarity with event management and internal branding activities. Passion for storytelling and visual communication. Self-motivated and comfortable interacting with the audience.
