About the Role We are hiring a Social Media Manager (Influencer Marketing Specialist) to drive influencer campaigns and brand partnerships. You will manage influencer sourcing, onboarding, campaign execution, and brand conversions to deliver strong ROI and results for top brands. Key Responsibilities Influencer Marketing Source, onboard, and manage influencers (nano to macro). Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials. Handle end-to-end campaigns: briefing, approvals, execution, tracking, reporting. Build long-term influencer relationships. Track influencer performance, ROI, and optimize collaborations. Brand Partnerships & Revenue Pitch influencer campaigns to brands and convert them into deals. Meet revenue targets and ensure campaign success. Prepare proposals, manage execution, and maintain client relationships. Share post-campaign insights and reports. Campaign Execution & Social Media Work with creative teams on campaign content. Suggest influencer strategies based on trends. Coordinate seamlessly with influencers, brands, and internal teams. Track KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions, and revenue. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing / social media. Strong influencer sourcing, negotiation, and client communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and tracking tools. Data-driven, creative, and able to multitask under deadlines. Compensation CTC: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA Incentives: Performance-based on campaign execution & revenue.
