Social Media Manager (Influencer Marketing Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

• Source, onboard, and manage influencers (nano to macro).
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
• Handle end-to-end campaigns: briefing, approvals, execution, tracking, reporting.
• Build long-term influencer relationships.
• Track influencer performance, ROI, and optimize collaborations.

Brand Partnerships & Revenue

• Pitch influencer campaigns to brands and convert them into deals.
• Meet revenue targets and ensure campaign success.
• Prepare proposals, manage execution, and maintain client relationships.
• Share post-campaign insights and reports.

Campaign Execution & Social Media

• Work with creative teams on campaign content.
• Suggest influencer strategies based on trends.
• Coordinate seamlessly with influencers, brands, and internal teams.
• Track KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing / social media.
• Strong influencer sourcing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tracking tools.
• Data-driven, creative, and able to multitask under deadlines.

Compensation

• CTC:

  ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA

• Incentives:

  Performance-based on campaign execution & revenue.
