Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee
360 marketing strategy
covering both digital and traditional channels.
Lead
brand management
from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Develop and implement
media plans
and
campaign calendars
in alignment with interdepartmental objectives and KPIs.
Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively and within timelines.
Conduct
market research
and analyze consumer insights, trends, and competitive landscapes.
Drive
public relations and communications
to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using
data-driven insights
.
Provide strategic leadership, mentor the marketing team, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven experience in
end-to-end marketing management
(digital & non-digital).
Strong expertise in
brand strategy, campaign ideation, and execution
.
Demonstrated ability in
strategic planning, media management, and ROI-driven decision-making
.
Excellent
analytical, communication, and leadership skills
.
Experience in
consumer brands, retail, or e-commerce
is highly preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong execution capabilities.
