Employer Brand Engineering/Tech Campaign Manager

Role Overview: As an experienced comms professional enthusiastic about Employer Brand, you have a fantastic opportunity to join London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) to partner with the Engineering Division. Your role will involve attracting the best talent by differentiating what Engineering means at LSEG and reshaping perceptions through an insights-led, multi-media campaign solution. Key Responsibilities: - Support in the creation, design, and delivery of LSEG's Engineering Recruitment Marketing Campaign, collaborating with trusted vendors and internal cross-functional SME teams. - Expertise in audience segmentation, particularly Engineering/Tech, employee brand advocacy, and inclusive attraction strategies. - Project manage and support in the delivery of brand campaigns using multiple channels, including digital, film, and social media. - Monitor and measure the success of brand presence and campaigns to optimize solutions and deliver the highest return on investment. - Drive impactful and efficient approaches to targeted media campaigns and create clear metrics for success. - Manage brand integrity by equipping recruitment teams with engaging materials and content. Qualifications Required: - Experienced EVP, Employer Brand SME, or related marketing professional. - High degree of project management capability. - Excellent online and social media skills. - Strong digital marketing direct experience. - Comfortable working at pace, handling multiple priorities and within ambiguity. - Excellent English language skills.,
