Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager, based in Baroda. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and mentor sales teams, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include driving customer acquisition, designing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively.
Proven expertise in sales strategy development, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for maintaining client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the capacity for market analysis and identifying business opportunities.
Knowledge of financial products and lending processes is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services or banking, is strongly desired.
