Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role, based in Jhajjar. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee branch operations, supervise a sales team, and develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving loan disbursements while maintaining strong credit quality. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing to the company’s overall growth and success are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets
Understanding of financial products, retail lending, and credit underwriting practices
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding and motivating a sales team
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in financial tools, software, and technology-driven solutions
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, branch-based environment
Previous experience in the financial services industry is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
