Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager – Flow Sales to lead branch-level sales operations for radiology equipment. The role focuses on driving flow sales, managing branch performance, leading sales teams, and achieving revenue targets for products such as X-ray, C-arm, and Ultrasound systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end branch sales operations for radiology equipment

Drive flow sales strategy to ensure consistent and sustainable revenue growth

Achieve branch-level sales targets and profitability goals

Lead, train, and manage branch sales teams and channel partners

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and key stakeholders

Oversee distributor and dealer performance within the branch territory

Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing dynamics

Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates

Coordinate with service, logistics, and operations teams for smooth execution

Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience: 12+ years of sales experience in Radiology Equipment

Mandatory hands-on experience in selling X-ray, C-arm, and Ultrasound systems

Proven experience in managing branch or regional sales operations

Strong understanding of flow sales and channel-driven business models

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned region
