al Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction (students and parents) & retention Ensure proper communication & relationship with all the students and parents for entire course duration. Monitoring and ensure proper collection of revenue and reduce branch expenses. Ensure compliance with laws & regulations as applicable. Handling any kind of Parent enquiry & Student enquiry or complaints Should co-ordinate with all departments at branch/region/Corporate office. Ensures general cleanliness, appearance and safety of the office premises.
