Role Description

The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Rudrapur, responsible for managing and driving sales at the assigned branch. Key responsibilities include leading a sales team, meeting business targets, identifying growth opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The manager will also ensure a seamless customer experience, mentor the team to meet goals, and maintain operational efficiency at the branch level.

Qualifications

Strong experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and business development.
Proficient in team leadership, goal setting, and mentoring to drive branch performance.
Thorough knowledge of credit and financial products for both small businesses and consumers.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Basic proficiency in using technology tools and systems for sales and customer management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant experience in financial services or banking is an advantage.
