Job Description

Career Counseling & Student Coordination
Provide career guidance and counseling to students, ensuring a strong academic life cycle from admission to completion.
Coordinate with students for academic, operational, and administrative needs.
Collect student feedback and reviews to enhance academic delivery.
Work on maximizing student referrals.
Batch & Faculty Management
Ensure smooth daily operations of batches and classes.
Handle batch formation, scheduling, and coordination with faculty.
Oversee classroom arrangements and technical requirements.
Operational & Administrative Management
Manage branch-level operations, including inventory, technical maintenance, and office supplies.
Monitor and control branch income and expenses.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain discipline across the branch.
Partially/fully handle the admission process as per management directives.
Sales & Support Coordination
Ensure every inquiry is addressed effectively and assist the sales team with required materials.
Support in increasing conversions and contributing to branch growth.
Event & Initiative Management
Manage and coordinate academic events, workshops, and other student engagement activities.
Actively participate in and drive organizational initiatives.
Leadership & Problem Solving
Motivate and lead the team with an unbiased and result-driven approach.
Handle student and staff grievances with appropriate solutions for organizational benefit.
Improve productivity and streamline operations to maximize results and achieve peak performance.
