Job Summary: The Branch Operations Manager would be a significant role managing the operations the Multi-Specialty Dental Clinic Mohali. As a Branch Operations Manager, you’re overseeing various aspects of the clinic's daily functions, from administrative tasks to team management. Here’s a breakdown of what your role likely entails:

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Administration:
  • Handle all administrative tasks, including scheduling, patient records, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff with the help of HR Head, including dental professionals and support personnel.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Manage the clinic’s budget and financial performance, including tracking expenses and revenues.
  • Develop strategies to enhance profitability and reduce costs.
  • Patient Care and Experience:
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Address patient concerns and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Marketing and Growth:
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the clinic’s services and special offers.
  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs as needed.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, including financials, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Report to upper management or the clinic’s owners on progress and challenges.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Organizational Skills: Efficient in handling multiple tasks and maintaining order.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and profitability.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a commitment to enhancing patient experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Education and Certifications:

  • Graduation or MBA or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration, Hospital Management or related field is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with regular business hours from Monday to Saturday.
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent patient interactions and administrative responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
