Branch Operations Manager

FUNCTION: Central Operations DEPARTMENT: Operations KEY STAKEHOLDERS (INTERNAL): Operations, Credit, Sales LOCATION: Delhi SCOPE OF TRAVEL: Low KEY STAKEHOLDERS (EXTERNAL): NA JOB OVERVIEW: The role will manage various processes within Banking Operations, including the inwarding and processing of NACH mandates and post-dated cheques, quality checks, addressing discrepancies with branches, follow-ups, and ensuring timely closure of tasks. REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Deputy Manager - Banking Operations QUALIFICATION: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years  SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: • Fundamental knowledge of banking transactions within the financial sector • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Strong teamwork abilities and collaborative mindset • Effective communication skills to interact and coordinate with branch teams KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accurately process NACH mandates and post-dated cheques in the system, ensuring timely acknowledgments. • Conduct follow-ups with branches to ensure timely resolution and closure of pending NACH registrations. • Perform quality checks on mandates and post-dated cheques, promptly addressing and raising discrepancies with branches. • Generate and publish reports and dashboards to provide insights into Banking Operations activities.
