Overall Job Description Business Development & Sales Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business targets in commercial vehicle financing Establish and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers, fleet operators, and other key stakeholders Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the assigned territory Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage Operations Management Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures Manage end-to-end loan processing, from sourcing to disbursement Ensure proper documentation and verification processes are followed Monitor and maintain portfolio quality with focus on minimizing NPAs Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews Ensure proper training and development of team members Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork and collaboration Risk Management Implement risk management practices as per bank guidelines Ensure proper credit assessment and due diligence Monitor portfolio quality and take preventive measures to control delinquency Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including dealers, customers, and industry partners Represent the bank at relevant industry forums and events Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction levels Education and Work Experience Requirements: EDUCATION Essential requirement: Graduate Preferred: Exposure in Commercial vehicle segment WORK EXPERIENCE Essential requirement: 5 + years Preferred: 8 + years Any specific requirements Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in relevant field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial vehicle financing Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and local market Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Good communication and relationship management skills Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits Strategic thinking and business acumen Leadership and people management Risk assessment and management Negotiation skills Problem-solving ability Customer orientation Communication and interpersonal skills Compensation Range –Up to 8 Lakhs Age Range – upto 39 years Kindly send your updated resumes on anuj.kansal@indusind.com (mail subject should be Branch Head - location)
