Role Overview

2. Area of responsibility: Vehicle maintenance, inventory maintenance,

3. Key results / outputs and impact on organizational goal: Align test drives for interested customers to sell the stocked vehicles, maintain vehicles, align vehicle for delivery.

4. Duties of the role: Maintain vehicles and support customers technically

5. Things candidate is expected to do by themselves: Check and maintain vehicles, report errors immediately to service team.

6. Things they will get guidance / support on? – Guidance on how to conduct and assess test rides, including performance, handling, and diagnostics. Support in identifying common technical issues and understanding error codes or warning indicators.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills:

  Knowledge of RTO transfer and Yard management for Repo / Resale vehicles. Proficient in Excel and strong in analytical skills

• Communication Skills:

  Able to communicate effectively in the local language & Hindi with basic reading and writing skills in English for handling vehicle-related documentation

• Customer-Backward Thinking:

  Anticipates customer concerns related to RC transfer and NOC, ensures timely resolution of issues, and coordinates with the NBFC team to deliver a smooth, hassle-free experience. Focused on minimizing TAT and maximizing customer satisfaction.

• Problem Solving:

  Quickly identifies operational issues with documents and RTOs, and takes practical steps to resolve them. Coordinates with the NBFC team, RTO agents, and Yard teams, analyzes root causes, and ensures minimal disruption in RC transfers, inventory management, and vehicle movement.

• Ability to get things done:

  Takes ownership of Yard tasks, ensuring 3W electric vehicles are serviced and charged for Resale. Manages vehicle movement through towing vendors and RC transfers through RTO agents and vendors. Proactively follows up to ensure smooth Daily operations and timely issue resolution.

• Strategic Thinking and Prioritization:

  Plans and prioritizes yard activities effectively, ensuring critical tasks such as vehicle charging, document readiness, document movement, RC transfer, NOC, and Form-35 processing are completed on time.

• Leadership:

  Leads by example to motivate and guide team members in daily yard operations. Ensures clear communication, fosters collaboration, and drives accountability to achieve smooth vehicle management and timely completion of tasks.

• Industry Experience: 3W or 4W
• Educational Background: Graduate
