Key Responsibilities

Overall Operations

• Manage complete day-to-day caf operations
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and support teams
• Maintain operational discipline and consistency across all shifts
  

Team & People Management

• Hire, train, schedule, and manage caf staff
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline
• Build a positive, accountable, and customer-focused team culture
  

Customer Experience

• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions professionally
• Maintain brand standards in service, cleanliness, and ambience
  

Sales & Business Performance

• Drive daily sales, upselling, and repeat customer visits
• Monitor daily sales reports, cash handling, and billing accuracy
• Work towards achieving monthly revenue and cost targets
  

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
• Control wastage, pilferage, and operational costs
• Ensure timely ordering and proper storage of all supplies
  

Quality, Hygiene & Compliance

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are followed
• Conduct regular checks on kitchen, service areas, and storage
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal SOPs
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in caf, QSR, or restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Good understanding of caf operations, sales, and cost control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle peak-hour operations
• Basic knowledge of billing systems, reports, and inventory tools
  

Education (Preferred)

• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
