We are a growing hospitality group operating multiple restaurants and pubs in Perth, Australia. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead, train and supervise FOH and bar staff
Ensure high standards of food & service quality
Handle staff rostering, inventory and stock control
Monitor sales, costs and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with food safety & liquor regulations
Hands-on role must be able to work behind the bar when required
Candidate Requirements
