We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day restaurant operations Lead, train and supervise FOH and bar staff Ensure high standards of food & service quality Handle staff rostering, inventory and stock control Monitor sales, costs and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with food safety & liquor regulations Hands-on role must be able to work behind the bar when required Candidate Requirements Annual Salary: INR 35,00,000-40,00,000
