1. 12+ years experience in handling Residue lab and testing.
2. Hands on experience in high end instruments - LCMS, GCMS, ICPMS , GC and HPLCs.
3. Sound experience in FSSAI regulations with respect to residue and contaminants .
4. Ability to handle team of 15+ analyst and senior analyst
5. Well acquainted with Quality compliances as per ISP 17025
6. NABL assessments and facing other regulatory audits.
7. Team building capacity and talent retentions.
8. Troubleshooting and proactive approach while handling the team and instruments.
