Job Description

Role Overview: As a Branch Authorizer in the real estate business located in Jalandhar and working the night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM, you will be responsible for leading branch administration and operations. Your role will involve driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliances. You will oversee property transactions, supervise various teams, and implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring efficiency in property transactions, client servicing, and documentation. - Supervise the execution of property sales, lease agreements, and financial transactions. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions, legal documents, and client interactions. - Conduct periodic internal audits and risk assessments to ensure operational integrity. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets and business growth. - Lead the sales team in generating leads, converting prospects, and closing property deals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and corporate partners. - Identify new business opportunities, including market trends, competitive analysis, and expansion areas. - Engage digital sales and marketing initiatives to increase property sales and brand visibility. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing transparent and seamless real estate transactions. - Address client queries, escalations, and concerns regarding property purchases, legal formalities, and financing options. - Promote customer retention strategies, including after-sales support and value-added services. - Organize client engagement events, property showcases, and networking sessions. - Train and mentor sales executives, transaction coordinators, and support staff. - Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and implement strategies to improve productivity. - Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, compliance, and customer service best practices. - Foster a positive and high-performance work culture within the branch. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelors/masters degree in business administration, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field. - Experience: 6-12 years of experience in real estate sales, branch operations, or property management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Skills: - Strong knowledge of real estate laws, administration, compliance, property transactions, and financial documentation. - Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and revenue growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Zoho ONE, CRM software, real estate management systems, and digital marketing tools. - Ability to manage high-pressure situations while ensuring customer satisfaction.,
