Branch Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our immigration consultancy branch, leading a team of counsellors and support staff, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Your expertise in immigration processes will be crucial as you provide guidance on work permits, PR, and visa filing, handle escalated client cases, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Additionally, developing and nurturing relationships with international partners and clients will be a key part of your role.
