Tele-Calling Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and focused Tele-calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in customer service who are looking to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
• Actively listen to customer concerns to understand their needs
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
• Build rapport through friendly and open communication
• Proactively check customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in customer service (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities
• Basic computer proficiency

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
