Role Description

This full-time on-site Branch Manager role is based in Hassan. The Branch Manager will oversee the operational and administrative management of the branch, ensure achievement of business goals, and maintain high student satisfaction levels. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, implementing growth strategies, managing teams, developing and enhancing student enrollment, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering relationships with local communities and stakeholders. Additionally, the Branch Manager will ensure adherence to organizational standards and spearhead initiatives for enhancing team productivity and performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead teams, influence team members, and manage branch operations effectively
• Sales and Customer Relationship Management: Proven expertise in sales management, client engagement, and achieving revenue goals
• Operational Excellence: Experience in operational strategy, planning, and resolving challenges while optimizing performance
• Education Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with educational frameworks, student needs, trends in competitive exam preparation, and customer-centric practices
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with a focus on building positive relationships
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to assess challenges, identify solutions, and drive desired outcomes effectively
• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and prior experience in a managerial or similar role, preferably in education or related industries
