Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager in the Life Insurance (Agency Channel) industry, your role will involve handling a team of Sales Managers. You will be responsible for recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the productivity of sales managers and providing them with guidance in the early stages. - Ensuring adherence to confirmation norms within the team. - Managing the relationship with both internal and external customers, as well as the team. - Supporting day-to-day sales operations. - Overseeing sales and related activities within the channel. - Supporting the sales process management, including sourcing, processing, and issuance, as well as addressing post-issuance customer issues. - Managing the financial aspects of relationships, such as meeting financial targets, conducting sales promotion activities, and ensuring timely and accurate commission reconciliation. - Providing training and product support for ongoing training and skills development for channels and employees, including new hires. - Ensuring the delivery of all mandatory trainings. - Demonstrating team management capabilities. - Possessing knowledge of competitors and understanding the industry product landscape. - Demonstrating customer-focused, proactive, result-oriented, and influencing skills, as well as mentoring and monitoring skills.
