Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new HNI and UHNI clients for PMS products through direct sales efforts, networking, and leveraging existing relationships with distributors/IFAs. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify potential client segments and competitive landscape. Participate in client seminars, wealth management events, and industry conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing PMS clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all investment-related queries. Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, risk appetites, and investment objectives. Provide regular portfolio updates, performance reviews, and market insights to clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through personalized service and effective issue resolution. Product Knowledge & Advisory: Possess in-depth knowledge of various PMS strategies (e.g., discretionary, non-discretionary, active, passive) and other alternative investment products (e.g., AIFs, structured products). Effectively communicate complex investment concepts, market dynamics, and portfolio performance to clients in an understandable manner. Provide expert advice on asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and investment strategies aligned with client goals. Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape. Channel Management & Support: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with channel partners, including distributors, IFAs, and wealth managers, to drive PMS product penetration and sales. Conduct regular training sessions and product presentations for channel partners to enhance their understanding of PMS offerings. Collaborate with internal sales teams and product teams to support channel partner initiatives.
