BRANCH MANAGER

As a Branch Manager in the tours and travels industry, your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the branch. Recruiting, training, and developing branch staff to improve their performance is another important aspect of this role. Executing local marketing campaigns and promotions to drive brand visibility will be crucial for business growth. Your role will also involve ensuring adherence to travel regulations and industry standards to maintain quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in branch management within the tours and travels industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position. You should also have a proven track record in sales and target achievement. Knowledge of travel services, packages, and industry trends will be beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software is required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are essential for handling various challenges that may arise in this role.
