Rinac India Limited is seeking a Branch Manager for its Chennai location. This role involves overseeing branch operations, leading a team, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership and Management Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members. Foster a positive work environment that encourages productivity and teamwork. 2. Business Development Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the branch’s market. Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional activities. Establish and nurture business relationships with influencers. 3. Customer Service Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively. Promote a customer-centric culture within the branch. 4. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor branch activities to achieve financial objectives and targets. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the cold chain industry. Strong knowledge of cold chain solutions such as cold rooms, freezers, blast chillers, and cold warehouses. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
