Administration
Lead the operations of showroom and warehouse utilization effective stacking practices. Take care of Vehicle, Office, Store, Electrical / Generator Room. Ensure to strictly compliance of ABC Group policies and procedure in showroom. Maintain and update all forms and templates of business functions were ever required. Monitor employee attendance such as Attendance excuses, Emergency Exit and visitor log book. Mess Management for the showroom such as canteen timing, food Menu preparation, purchase coordination with helper like cooking Gas, Fire Wood, Fish/Meat, Vegetables, Spices Etc., Printing & Stationary (Purchase Order form) & Centralize -a) Collect the purchase order form, maintaining register.b) Co-ordination with venders, housekeeping materials, stationary materials Electricity & water consumption management -Consumption of electricity & water, maintenance of water purifier. Meeting Coordination with line manager Monthly, product wise, department wise, skip level, DOMM / WOMM / MOMM / QOMM /YOMM. Coordinate Corporate Gift distribution and maintain proper register. Ensure Vehicle Management on daily basis such Fuel, GPS tracker, daily logs, cleaning, maintenance Go down Inspection -Twice in a Week Maintain Legal assets such as organization seal, organization information's pen drive, and Letter head. Ensure all kind of insurance renewal or new insurance coverage for Vehicle, building, workers (masons, plumbers and painters), renewal and update new beneficiaries, claim, follow up. Handle customer complaints, legal issues, and general problems and digital tracker for the same. Maintain workplace hygiene to avoid exposure of health infections.HR Ensure strict compliance of organization code of conduct and business ethics in workplace. Coordinate and support for all man power requisition with group HR dept. Manage all employees including third party manpower employees. Coordinate employee onboarding procedures. Maintain employee master data file digitally. Ensure organization charts are updated and approved by the management. Maintain updated job descriptions for all the position in the showrooms with employee acknowledgment. Coordinate of opening new salary bank account for new joiners. Maintain and update employee personal files with copies of issued letters by employee acknowledgement signature. Complete employee performance evaluation programs on time. Complete all new joiners probation review forms and provide the probation complete letter to employee with constructive feedback with area of improvement. Enroll employees into ESI, EPF, LWF, Group Insurance, and Welfare Fund Creation Kshemanidhi (loading & unloading). Maintain and keep record of employee turnover. Ensure all resignation must be with hard copy signed submission. Coordinate for separation formalities and Full & Final settlement preparation. Ensure to provide Training New Product, on job Training (OJT), Orientation, Process Flow Changes.Legal and Statutory Rent Agreement Documentation & Updation (showroom and warehouse) RC, Tax, Fitness, Pollution, Insurance Certificates & Updation, Cancel hypothecation at the time of loan closing.
