The company emphasizes growth with quality and profitability. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Suratgarh. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client acquisition, managing customer portfolios, conducting periodic reviews, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The role also involves cross-selling financial products and services and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Acquisition skills Understanding of Financial Products, Portfolio Management, and Risk Assessment Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills Ability to Work Independently and Problem-Solving skills Experience in the financial services sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree
