Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Suratgarh. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client acquisition, managing customer portfolios, conducting periodic reviews, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The role also involves cross-selling financial products and services and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Acquisition skills
• Understanding of Financial Products, Portfolio Management, and Risk Assessment
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to Work Independently and Problem-Solving skills
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
