Branch Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Immigration (UK & Canada) operations at our Ludhiana branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end branch activities, driving sales growth, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional client experiences for UK and Canada immigration and study visa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Ludhiana office
• Lead, train, and manage immigration counselors and support staff
• Drive revenue growth for UK & Canada Study Visas, PR, Work Permits, and Visitor Visas
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion
• Ensure accurate case processing and compliance with UK & Canada immigration regulations
• Monitor counseling quality, documentation, and application submissions
• Handle escalated client cases and ensure timely resolution
• Develop local business through seminars, marketing activities, and institutional tie-ups
• Prepare MIS reports, performance analysis, and target reviews for management
• Maintain ethical practices and company standards at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)
• 4–7 years of experience in the Immigration / Visa Consultancy industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Branch Manager or Team Leader role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of UK & Canada immigration and study visa processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet aggressive sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems

• Experience independently handling a branch
• Strong understanding of Ludhiana market and student demographics
• Target-driven, customer-centric, and process-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Visa filing: 4 years (Preferred)
• Immigration Sales : 4 years (Preferred)
• Branch management : 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Punjabi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
