Qualification - MBA from Tier1

Branch Operations & Sales Management
Take full ownership of branch operations, including sales, receivables, depot and inventory management.
Drive sales and business development across all product categories, with a focus on the Trade segment.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets as set by the management.
Conduct market potential mapping and identify opportunities for market share gain.
Strategically drive counter penetration and enhance tile consumption-based market potential.
Develop and execute plans for new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure effective implementation of channel hygiene initiatives, including business guidelines and loyalty programs.
Strengthen relationships with key influencers such as architects, contractors, and engineers.
Monitor and execute ongoing channel schemes to increase participation and sales.
Benchmark competitor products, pricing, and schemes; develop and implement counter strategies.
Generate actionable insights through regular market intelligence and analysis of brand-wise market share.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Deep understanding of channel sales in the building materials sector
Proficient in data-driven decision-making and market analysis
Familiarity with digital tools and CRM platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
612 years of experience in sales & operations, preferably in the building materials
Proven experience in managing a branch and leading large teams
