Role Overview

Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through

  inbound lead follow-ups

  and

  outbound calls/emails

• Counsel students and parents on suitable academic programs based on their needs and career goals
• Drive student admissions and consistently achieve

  monthly and quarterly enrollment targets

• Handle one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents
• Guide applicants through the

  course selection, application, and enrollment process

• Assist students in arranging and submitting required documentation
• Provide clear information on admission requirements, enrollment procedures, and timelines
• Maintain accurate data and follow-ups using

  CRM tools

• Ensure timely communication and coordination with applicants and parents throughout the admission cycle
  

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred)
• Strong ability to

  empathize with students and parents

  and build trust-based relationships
• Proven experience in

  inside sales, admissions counselling, or EdTech sales

• Strong inclination to work in a

  target-driven sales environment

• Demonstrated ability to convert leads into successful enrollments
• Experience working with

  CRM systems

• Fluency in English and Hindi

  (mandatory)
• Excellent

  listening, communication, and presentation skills
