Key Responsibilities * Business Development:* Identify, qualify, and secure new corporate clients for training programs and consulting services. * Client Relationship Management:* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. * Needs Assessment:* Engage with HR, L&D, and business leaders to understand training needs and propose tailored solutions. * Sales Presentations:* Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to decision-makers. * Market Research:* Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging learning needs to spot new opportunities. * Collaboration:* Work closely with the training delivery and content teams to ensure alignment of client expectations and program execution. * Sales Targets:* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. * Pipeline Management:* Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system. *Qualifications & Skills* (Graduate min preferred) * Minimum 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in training, HR solutions, education, or consulting industry will be preferred. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to engage with senior decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, L\&D Managers). * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in achieving business goals. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
