Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting targets and monitoring performance. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge and customer interaction. Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics. Analyze market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail management within the BFSI industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, driving business growth through strategic planning. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, focusing on quality and excellence.
