Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Drive branch

  sales revenue, volume, and profitability targets

  .
• Develop, expand, and manage

  dealer, distributor, and retailer networks

  .
• Identify new

  business opportunities, project sales, and institutional clients

  .
• Execute

  sales strategies, promotions, and pricing initiatives

  aligned with company goals.
• Monitor

  market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns

  .

Branch Operations Management

• Oversee

  end-to-end branch operations

  including inventory management, logistics, billing, and credit control.
• Ensure

  optimum stock availability

  and smooth coordination with factories and transporters.
• Implement and monitor

  company SOPs, policies, compliance, and quality standards

  .

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage

  sales, operations, and support teams

  .
• Set

  KPIs and individual targets

  , track performance, and conduct regular reviews.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance

  productivity and engagement

  .

Dealer & Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  key dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and influencers

  .
• Address and resolve

  dealer and customer escalations

  effectively.
• Plan and execute

  dealer meets, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities

  .

Financial Control & Reporting

• Manage

  branch P&L, budgets, expenses, and working capital

  .
• Ensure

  timely collections

  , credit discipline, and control over receivables.
• Prepare and submit

  sales forecasts, MIS reports, market insights, and performance reviews

  to Head Office.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 8 - 15 years

  of relevant experience in

  Plywood / Laminates / MDF / Boards / Building Materials

  industry.
• Proven experience handling

  branch or regional operations

  with strong revenue responsibility.

Market Knowledge

• Strong exposure to

  North India markets:

  Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh.
