Sales Manager Product & Portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve product and portfolio targets within the branch channel.
Drive acquisition and cross-sell initiatives for assigned products.
Monitor portfolio health and ensure compliance with risk and credit guidelines.
Collaborate with branch teams to enhance customer engagement and improve product penetration.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
5 to 8 years in sales, product management, or portfolio handling within banking/financial services.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products and branch operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
