Education Qualification / Skill sets required:

Graduate / Post graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing
Must have prior experience of 5 - 10 years in Term Loan or Loan Against Property
Must have good knowledge of the locale
Good Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure achievement of sales target by driving sales at the branch/area location
Build, manage and promote relationship with DSAs in order to generate new customer leads
Manage and lead the DSTs at the branch
Interface with the customer and provide efficient service
Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch
