Job Title: Branch Manager – Immigration Services Location: South Delhi, Saket Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our immigration services south delhi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in sales, and a deep understanding of immigration processes. This role combines operational oversight with sales responsibilities to ensure branch growth, client satisfaction, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations & Leadership · Oversee daily branch operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. · Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of counselors, sales executives, and support staff. · Ensure compliance with company policies, immigration laws, and ethical standards. · Handle escalated client concerns and resolve complex cases. Sales & Business Development · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for immigration services. · Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to attract new clients. · Identify market trends and opportunities to expand client base. Client Engagement · Provide consultations to potential clients on immigration pathways (e.g., Job Seeker Visa, Job assistance and PR). · Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and referrals. · Monitor and improve the conversion rate of leads to enrolled clients. Reporting & Administration · Track branch performance metrics and submit regular sales and operations reports. · Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools. · Coordinate with head office on marketing, HR, and finance matters.
