Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kolkata. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing branch staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving branch financial and non-financial targets. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase branch performance, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and the community. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for staff training and development, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with other departments to support overall company goals.

• Experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
