Role Description

HL and Lap.This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Bhilai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving branch targets, monitoring loan disbursal and collection processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Branch Manager will also develop and implement local strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

Experience in managing branch operations and staff
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of loan disbursal and collection processes
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement local strategies to attract and retain customers
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
