Branch Manager

Operational and strategic responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales and business goals.
• Manage the branch's budget and financial performance, including cost control.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure all activities and operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

Staff management and development

• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate branch employees.
• Motivate and lead the team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to staff.
• Manage staffing issues and ensure the team works cohesively.

Customer relations and service

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and their financial needs are met.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Financial and administrative duties

• Prepare and manage the branch's budget.
• Monitor and report on the branch's financial performance to senior management.
• Handle managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch.
• Oversee administrative tasks and ensure efficient operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
