Job Description

The Branch Manager will lead and oversee the daily operations, business development, and team performance of the [Education/Study Abroad] branch. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in educational consulting, international admissions, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will drive branch growth, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of student guidance and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Operations Management

Manage the overall functioning of the branch including sales, counseling, marketing, and administration.

Supervise and mentor branch staff to ensure optimal performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

2. Business Development & Sales

Drive revenue growth by achieving branch sales and enrollment targets.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand market presence.

Conduct seminars, workshops, and outreach programs to promote the company’s study abroad and educational services.

3. Student Counseling & Client Relationship Management

Ensure that high-quality counseling and advisory services are provided to students and parents regarding study abroad options, university admissions, and visa processes.

Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, universities, and key stakeholders.

Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of student or parent concerns.

4. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and events to build brand visibility.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategic initiatives.

5. Financial & Performance Management

Oversee branch budgets, expense control, and profitability targets.

Analyze branch performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Implement performance improvement strategies where required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Management, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in education consulting, overseas education, or study abroad operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven track record in achieving business targets and managing cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of international education systems, admissions, and visa procedures.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
