Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Madurai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing branch staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing business strategies to achieve financial targets. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on MSME sectors
Experience in business strategy development and implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Relevant experience in the financial industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
