We are a leading name in the jewelry retail industry, committed to providing customers with exquisite and timeless pieces. With a strong presence and a reputation for quality and integrity, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail operations.

Job Overview:
As the Branch Manager for our jewelry retail store, you will be responsible for the overall success and profitability of the branch. You will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the day-to-day operations. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for the jewelry industry and a proven track record in retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Motivate and lead the sales team to exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Foster a customer-focused culture among the team.
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage the branch budget.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost control and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry products and trends.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
