Job Objectives

  • The main purpose of the role is to achieve the targets and ensure smooth functioning of the branch. Branch head is responsible for all business functions including sales, service, marketing, logistics, and training. This role provides direction and leadership to the field staff, while responsible for customer satisfaction and market share within the assigned territory.
  • This position has the following key direct reports:

- Territory Sales Heads
- Regional sales Officers- Branch service Head

Job Responsibilities

Leadership

  1. Provide leadership for the business in terms of planning, performance, and teamwork.
  2. Set the standard for other employees to follow.
  3. Always represent the company in a professional manner.
  4. Carry out specific duties as required related to the position.
  5. Provide input to strategic business planning.

Sales responsibilities

  1. To accomplish branch sales & service objectives
  2. To maintain and expand trade and ASP network as per target.
  3. Achieve sales targets and meet growth objectives.
  4. Timely enrolment of distributors, dealers, IDs, and RCS stores.
  5. Smooth and timely execution of all sales initiatives like dealer tie-ups, secondary schemes etc.
  6. Ensure adherence to SOG-Sales Operating Guidelines,Pricing Policy and CSOG Customer
  7. Responsible for Dealers and distributors Meet arrangement in coordination with Zonal Heads.
  8. Accountable for ensuring ongoing initiatives like BANDHAN

Service responsibilities

  1. Appointment and Enrolment of appropriate ASPs as per the defined criteria. Ensure that ASP has adequate spares as per defined MSL.
  2. Constantly monitor ASP performance for each SLA point like TAT.
  3. Ensure NIL consumer forum cases.

Administrative responsibilities

  1. Overall administrative responsibility of the branch
  2. Conducting monthly branch meeting for review and planning.
  3. Ensuring regular monitoring of sales and service team through tracking
  4. Ensure timely DVSR reports of the team.
  5. To implement trade promotions activities
  6. Adhere to the travel plan as per PJP / beat plan and budget for the team.
