Job Title :LSV Sales Engineer- Industrial & Commercial Cooler Sales

Reporting position:

Location :Tirupati/Kadappa/Anantpur

Job Objective:

The main purpose of the role is to develop sales in the allocated territory by achieving agreed sales target and increasing market share through a well-established/ appointed channel network.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility of an allocated territory in terms of achieving agreed sales target and constantly increasing the market share.
  • Should be able to convert leads into enquires and ultimately convert them into orders
  • Experience of sales in B2B or project sales. Should have thorough post-sales knowledge like installation & commissioning.
  • Create, develop and maintain a wide base of satisfied customers
  • Demand generation by various sales tools and create a large enquiry base.
  • Create awareness about the product thereby generating interest in customers.

  • Able to handle an enquiry in terms of site assessment, heat load calculation, system designing and quotation making.
  • Order conversion by consistent follow up with negotiation skills.
  • Should be able to generate leads through cold calls and network.
  • Identify and participate in various promotional activities that may help business to increase.
  • Develop rapport with key opinion makers.
  • Travel extensively in the assigned market and to keep a tab of activities in the field including competition.
  • Timely MIS reporting as per norms of the department

Functional Competencies

  • Knowledge about the HVAC industry / industrial products
  • Air conditioning / air cooling basic knowledge
  • Sales Generation skills / Networking skills
  • CRM Knowledge of working on CRM
  • Preparing sales presentation on PowerPoint and then delivering sales pitch to the customer
  • Appointment and handling of dealers
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Excel
  • In-depth geographical knowledge of the territory
  • Is able to identify the white spaces, map potential of the white space, identify one or more sales partner/ dealers, appoint them and then drive business through them
