Assistant Branch Manager

As an Assistant Branch Manager, your role will be crucial in supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow. - Supervise and support branch staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Support sales initiatives to meet or exceed branch targets, including cross-selling products and services. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help implement strategies to improve performance. - Assist with cash handling, transaction processing, and security procedures. - Manage inventory, office supplies, and branch equipment to ensure smooth operations. - Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making and operational improvements. - Act as the Branch Manager in their absence, making decisions as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred). - 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in banking, retail, or customer service. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and banking software (if applicable). - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management procedures.,
