Assistant Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at our Wayanad branch, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing branch operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing branch operations such as counselling, admissions, documentation, and customer service. - Leading, motivating, and supervising the branch team to achieve business targets and maintain performance standards. - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance student recruitment and meet revenue goals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and sub-agents. - Ensuring branch compliance with company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and audit requirements. - Monitoring and analyzing branch performance, and preparing regular reports for senior management. - Coordinating and executing marketing and promotional activities at the branch level. - Handling escalated client issues and ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Managing branch budgets and expenses efficiently. - Recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff to ensure a high-performing team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad / Service Industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills. - Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure. - Knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa processes preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
